All cabins are smoke-free and we are unable to accommodate pets. Smoking indoors carries a $500 charge.
4-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended during winter months for the roads into the property.
Everyone staying with us needs to be registered before arrival, and any visitors to the property need to be authorised by us in advance. We will confirm your guest details with you directly when you book — please let us know your final guest count at least three weeks before arrival, which is the same point at which the balance falls due.
At check-in we ask to see photo ID belonging to the person who made the reservation.
A 50% deposit is required on every reservation and is payable by credit card at the time of booking.
The balance is due three weeks (21 days) before arrival and may be paid by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. If you booked through a third-party travel site rather than directly with us, the balance is due 30 days before arrival instead.
Reservations made three weeks or less before the arrival date are paid in full at the time of booking.
There is no cleaning fee. Every cabin is cleaned by hand between stays and that is included in your rate.
Bookings made directly through this website carry a 6% booking fee. Cancellation terms, including how that fee is treated, are shown and agreed at the time of booking.
Every cancellation carries a 6% processing fee. The 6% service fee charged when you booked is also retained if you cancel more than 20 days after making the reservation; cancel within those first 20 days and it is returned.

We are not able to refund early departures, or stays affected by inclement weather. Because weather in the hills is unpredictable and plans change, we recommend travel insurance — and we will always do our best to work with you.
Every cabin is cleaned and maintained by hand between stays. We ask only that you treat the cabins and the grounds with the same care, and leave them as you found them.
